Return & Refund Policy
At Baikos, your satisfaction comes first. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:
Note: The right of withdrawal applies only to individual consumers. Business (B2B) customers are not eligible for withdrawal or returns under this policy.
1. Right of Withdrawal (for EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us (e.g., by email) of your decision to return your order:

2. Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned unless they are defective or were delivered incorrectly.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrectly delivered.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- Upon approval, a refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
- We only exchange items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
- For exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cosmetics
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Personalized or custom-made products
6. Return Address
Please send your returns to the address provided in your return confirmation email.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the return without proof of delivery.
